The problem is that you don’t know enough about what it takes to get a website to the top of Google AND convert visitors into paying clients which makes you feel overwhelmed. Then, you read conflicting advice and feel discouraged or confused.

We believe every small business owner needs a website that clearly expresses their brand AND gets in front of potential clients.  Our staff understands that most mental health professionals aren’t also tech professionals and we simplify the SEO process so you can understand it.






A lot of people out there will tell you they do everything for websites: design, copywriting, and search engine optimization.  And in all honesty, we technically can do all of those things as well.  But we know what we do best.  That is getting your website to the top of Google.  Therefore, that’s what we focus all of our energy on doing really, really well.

This package is created to be flexible enough to meet your unique needs.  It’s for people who don’t fit nicely into any one category or might not be ready for one of our traditional services.

*Please note we only accept a couple of clients per month for our Strategy Package and only offer the strategy calls at “less busy” times of the month.

With a Strategy Package, our SEO specialists can get to know your business specifically, making a plan with you that will fit your needs and practice goals.   • A copy of our Service Page Outline
  • 45-minute strategy call: You’ll meet with one of our team members and depending on your needs this call may focus on some of the following:
    • Some quick keyword research
    • Brainstorming content to include on your page
    • Pros/Cons of building your website on various platforms
    • Help to identify a clear niche to target with your website
    • How to begin building backlinks
    • Discussing the history of your website, your ideal clients, what makes your practice unique & your future goals so we can give you the best possible recommendations
  • Prior to your strategy call, we ask that you send your SEO specialist your specific questions or things you want to make sure are covered. This allows us to better manage our time.
  • Prior to your strategy call, your SEO specialist will read your previous email about what you’d like to cover and spend about 15 minutes reviewing your website. Then, we will have your site pulled up when we meet to refer to while we discuss your site.
  • 30 minutes of SEO work from one of our SEO Specialists.  How this time is spent will depend on your needs but could include things like writing meta descriptions, doing keyword research, etc.
  • One month access to our closed Facebook group where you can ask questions, watch past videos with tips, and interact with other practice owners growing their business through SEO.
  • Lifetime access to one of our SEO online courses.  Which online course will be determined during your consultation call based on your specific needs and where you are in the optimizing process. *Please note this excludes our comprehensive “Top of Search Engines” course.
  • An e-mail summarizing our recommendations.
  • Bonus: for Strategy Session clients who choose to use a Done-For-You or private SEO Training service within one month of your session, your onboarding fee for that service is waived!



Honestly, the cost depends a little bit on your needs.  Here are the options:

  • $400 to work directly with a dedicated SEO specialist. For most people, this will be a perfect fit!
  • $500 if your 45-minute strategy session is with either Winnie, our Vice President, or Sterling, our Technical SEO Coordinator. Winnie LOVES strategizing and solving problems, taking an educational approach to each meeting. Sterling is a local SEO and technical Wiz, so a session with him is great for more technical issues or Local SEO questions (updating NAP info, Google Business Profile, etc).
